When you place an order, provide delivery instructions, or accept delivery of products, this constitutes your unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. All our deliveries, services, and offers are governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions , unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer and all sales concluded with the customer, whether a natural or legal person, acting in a professional capacity or as a consumer. A "consumer" is defined as any natural person who acts for purposes which are outside their trade, business, craft or profession .
2. Registration requirements
When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your username and password for accessing the site are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. After clicking the "Register" button, you will receive an email confirming your registration.
Registration on our site is free and you can cancel it at any time. You can delete your customer account by sending an email with your request to the following address: contact@blazee.be
3. Offers and orders
The photographs and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for illustrative purposes only . BLAZEE cannot be held liable for minor variations from the actual products. The customer is responsible for referring to the description of each product to understand its essential characteristics. The products we sell, especially handcrafted items, often exhibit characteristics inherent to the natural materials used in their creation. These characteristics may manifest as variations in fibers, texture, knots, or color. These variations should in no way be considered defects or damage. On the contrary, you should be aware of them and appreciate them. We select only the highest quality products, but these natural characteristics are inherent to our products and should be accepted as an integral part of their appearance.
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the BLAZEE website , subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you either a product of equivalent quality and value, a later delivery of part or all of your order, or a cancellation of your order. In the event of order cancellation, any sums you have already paid will be refunded within ten days of the cancellation.
After selecting the desired product(s), you will fill out an order form and click the "Order" button. You will then have the opportunity to review and modify your order. The "Confirm Order" button allows you to finalize your order for the products in your cart, at which point the order becomes final. We will acknowledge receipt of your order with an order confirmation automatically sent to the email address you provided.
The Customer agrees that the order confirmation constitutes proof of the contractual relationship between the Parties. Placing an order implies acceptance by the Customer of the prices and descriptions of the products added to their shopping cart. Therefore, the sale is considered final only after BLAZEE sends the order confirmation to the Customer and after BLAZEE receives full payment.
Placing an order on the website implies knowledge and acceptance of the procedures in force on the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times, connection times, data queries or transfers, the risk of service interruptions, the risk of contamination by viruses circulating on the network, and generally all risks associated with using the Internet. In this respect, the customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to install appropriate antivirus and security software on their computer equipment and any other devices.
BLAZEE cannot therefore be held responsible in any way for any direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, Internet access, maintenance or malfunction of servers, telephone line or any other technical connection, the customer's connection to the Site being made under their own full responsibility.
4. Price - Payment and Delivery
The prices shown do not include shipping costs, which will be charged separately or offered free of charge depending on the order amount and the country of delivery, and will be specified to the customer during the final validation of their order.
BLAZEE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing , the price is payable in full on the day the order is placed , and BLAZEE is not obligated to deliver the ordered products if the price has not been paid in full beforehand.
At the end of the ordering process, several payment methods will be offered to you to pay for your purchases.
Regardless of the payment method you choose, any payment will only be considered final after we have received the funds in full.
For card payments, the transaction is processed through our secure payment pages using your credit or debit card. Your card will be charged when you place your order and receive email confirmation. Your bank details are known only to the payment provider. They are neither transmitted through nor stored on BLAZEE's computer systems, nor are they handled or accessible by its staff.
If you order from a country outside the European Union, you become the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, import taxes, and local or state taxes may be levied. These are your responsibility and must be paid by you, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. If you refuse delivery of the package, any delivery charges, return shipping costs, and any customs clearance fees will be deducted from your refund.
You agree to receive your invoices exclusively in electronic form.
The client acting in a professional capacity is solely responsible for the information he/she provides, in particular concerning his/her VAT number.
The products ordered will be sent to the address you provided during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Therefore, no compensation or penalty will be due in the event of a delivery delay. Should any event beyond BLAZEE's control prevent or render excessively burdensome the performance of the contract, BLAZEE will inform the customer and discuss any necessary contract modifications . If the customer cannot agree on the proposed modifications, either party may terminate the contract automatically, without the other party being entitled to any compensation.
If the customer is acting as a consumer, the transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the products to the address you provided, upon collection from a collection point, or upon collection of the package from the carrier. If the customer is acting in a professional capacity , the transfer of risk occurs upon our shipment of the product.
Any claim regarding loss or apparent damage to the delivered product, incomplete or non-compliant delivery must be communicated by email to contact@blazee.be and by registered letter to BLAZEE within 48 business hours of delivery. After this period, the product will be considered accepted without reservation and the claim will no longer be considered.
5. Retention of title
BLAZEE retains ownership of the delivered products until full payment of the order amount. In the event of non-payment, BLAZEE is entitled to reclaim the unpaid products, and the customer is obligated to return them at their own risk and expense.
The aforementioned retention of title clause does not prevent the risks of loss or deterioration of the products from being borne by the customer from the moment they are made available ( if acting as a consumer) or from the moment they are sent ( if acting in a professional capacity ).
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Economic Law, a customer acting as a consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties, except for any delivery and return shipping costs. However, the customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to the customer 's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal may be sent to us by any means of communication to the addresses and numbers stipulated at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions using the withdrawal form available on the website of the FPS Economy ( https://economie.fgov.be/sites/default/files/Files/Forms/Formulaire-de-retractation.pdf ).
Products must be returned to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition allowing them to be resold as new, within 30 days of notification of withdrawal.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, we will examine each returned product to verify that its use was limited to trying it on. Please note that you may be held liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, quality, and functioning.
After reviewing the item, you will be informed if you are entitled to a refund. If so, the full price of your returned purchases (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned products. If you wish, you may choose an alternative refund method (such as a store credit), as offered by us. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method.
You will be responsible for the direct costs incurred as a result of returning the products, except in cases where you return them to our address. : Brussels Road 315 F, 1410 Waterloo (Belgium) – Blazée / Slabbaert (box 1).
Guarantees – Liability
Given the nature of the products, it is essential that the customer familiarize themselves with the specific usage and cleaning precautions for each product. BLAZEE cannot be held liable for any failure to comply with these precautions.
Hidden defect
Subject to the legal guarantee of conformity mentioned below, the guarantees granted by BLAZEE are exclusively:
(i) those given to it by its factories and suppliers and whose limits and conditions the customer accepts;
(ii) The legal guarantee against hidden defects: the customer has two years from the day they discover the defect to invoke this guarantee. If the delivered product is found to have a hidden defect, they may choose, subject to cost conditions, between:
- Return the product and get a refund.
- Keep the product and get a partial refund.
The parties agree that in order to have the right to invoke the aforementioned legal guarantee against hidden defects, the customer must imperatively inform BLAZEE of the existence of the hidden defect within 2 months from the day on which the customer discovered it.
Compliance
Each delivery is deemed to have been made upon the carrier making the product(s) available to the customer, or to a third party designated by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to immediately verify, upon receipt of the product(s), the conformity and integrity of the shipped product(s).
Any defect must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 48 business hours after delivery of the order and before any use. We will carefully examine the returned product and inform you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether the product can be refunded or replaced (if applicable). The refund or replacement will be processed as quickly as possible. Amounts paid for products returned due to a defect will be fully refunded, including the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees you paid. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
This is without prejudice to your legal rights.
Responsibility
BLAZEE can only be held liable in cases of gross negligence or fraud. Therefore, BLAZEE cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any indirect damages that the customer may suffer during the supply or use of the product sold. The parties acknowledge that indirect damages include, but are not limited to, any moral, commercial, or financial harm.
All documents, descriptions and product information on the site are provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied, except for warranties provided by law.
BLAZEE cannot be held responsible for the content of any third-party website or social network whose link is mentioned on the BLAZEE website or for any consequences resulting from actions based on the content of said third-party website or social network.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights and derivative rights to the products and services provided by BLAZEE remain its property. Any reproduction, distribution, or representation, in whole or in part, of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement.
Intellectual property rights include copyright (in particular on the content of the BLAZEE website including texts, illustrations, photographs, presentations and databases), trademark rights (in particular the BLAZEE trademark and design rights).
8. Personal data
The personal data collected will be used and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC).
This personal data is processed by BLAZEE For order and delivery management, satisfaction surveys, and to offer you a more tailored and personalized service, your data may be shared with some of our subcontractors if they need it to perform the services we request (e.g., transport companies, etc.). In such cases, we ensure that our subcontractors provide the same level of data protection as we do (including subcontractors located outside the EU) and use your data only for the service to be provided.

It is useful to point out that third-party websites or social networks whose links are mentioned on the BLAZEE website are not under BLAZEE's control and are subject to their own privacy policy, which can be found on the third-party website or social network.
9. Resale of BLAZEE products
Resale of BLAZEE products is only permitted if stipulated in a specific written contract signed between the customer/reseller and BLAZEE. In the absence of such a contract, any resale and/or commercial exploitation of one or more products is strictly prohibited.
Similarly, any repackaging of a product for resale under another brand is strictly prohibited, except with the express, written and prior agreement of BLAZEE.
10. Applicable law and competent courts
These general terms and conditions and the contracts to which they apply are subject to Belgian law.
The courts of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant, Belgium, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between the parties concerning these terms and conditions and the contracts to which they apply. BLAZEE, however, reserves the right to bring the matter before another competent court if it deems it appropriate.
